NWPRRHS Presentation: NPCRR Construction Part 4

NWPRRHS President Charlie Siebenthal will present Part 4 of his series on the Construction of the North Pacific Coast Railroad. The long-awaited extension of the railroad from Tomales to the Russian River timber resources began but was delayed by the need to complete the tunnel on the north outskirt of Tomales plus the chronic lack of money.  Part 4 covers the completion of the road from Tomales to Howards station, which eventually was renamed Occidental.
